Is the cost for Colour and Black and White pages the same with my HP PAYS Ink Account?

HP PAYS Ink is billed on a monthly plan, and it is based on the number of pages you copy or print, not on the amount of ink you use.  So, you no longer have to worry about the cost of printing a full colour photograph, as it costs the same amount as printing a letter in black and white.
